STANDARD

Arrives in 3–5 business days.

UPS shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.

USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address will arrive in 3-5 weeks, not the standard 3-5 business days.

TWO DAY

Arrives in 2 business days.

Two Day delivery via UPS is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).

OVERNIGHT

Arrives in 1-2 business days.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States (excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes).

OTHER DETAILS

MakerChips ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 3pm PST. Orders placed after 3pm PST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday - Friday.

International shipping is offered through DHL. Based on the destination country, there is a flat rate shipping fee for DHL Express shipments. The estimated shipping timeline varies based on the destination country.

Free, expedited, or other flat-rate shipping and return promotions do not apply to international orders.

Returns

When returning product to MakerChips for any reason, you must first to contact support@makerchips.com and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from the RMA department.
The following information is required in order to complete the RMA request: 

• Contact name
• Company name
• Address
• Phone number
• Product being returned
• A brief description of the problem that is occurring with the product(s) to be returned.
